1. Where is Pods&Beats based?
Pods&Beats is proudly based in the United States.

2. What products do you sell?
We specialize in premium leather iPhone cases that combine style, protection, and durability. Each case is thoughtfully designed and compatible with the latest iPhone models.
3. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following secure payment options:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Shop Pay
- PayPal
All transactions are securely processed through encrypted payment gateways. Your payment data is never stored on our servers.
4. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
- Order handling time: 1–2 business days
- Shipping time: Estimated 4–5 business days after dispatch
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) are processed the next business day
- Shipping Cost: Free standard shipping on all orders
5. Do you offer international shipping?
No. We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can enter your tracking number on our tracking page:

7. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please email us at support@podsandbeats.com. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after review.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items.
- We provide a prepaid return label
- A replacement is shipped once the item is received and inspected
9. Do you offer refunds?
Yes. After your return is received and inspected (typically within 2–3 business days):
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
10. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- The item was shipped incorrectly
For these cases, a prepaid return label is provided.
11. Is there a restocking fee?
No, Pods&Beats does not charge restocking fees.
