At Pods&Beats, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we provide a smooth and transparent return and exchange process.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Returns must be initiated within the 30-day window.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “final sale” during special promotions or clearance events are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error:

  • We provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • A replacement will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please email our support team at support@podsandbeats.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for the return or exchange
  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect (recommended)

We will reply with instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid return label.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Inspection Time

Once your return arrives at our facility, inspection takes 2–3 business days.

Refunds

After inspection:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time (2–7 business days) to post the funds.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fees apply.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
